About

Pastor Ayoola Adesoji

is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Word of Salvation Evangelical Mission. He is a Professional Administrator with diverse experience. He holds Diploma, Higher Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree in Public Administration in 1994, 1998, 2008 and 2010 from Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic), Kwara State Polytechnic and University of Calabar respectively. He belongs to several professional bodies such as Nigerian Institute of Management – Chartered, Institute of Corporate Administration, Chartered Institute of Public Management; African Association of Public Administration and Management etc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Church Administration and Management (ICAM)

As a Teacher, Pastor and Church Administrator, Ayoola received training from Universal College of Theology from where he obtained Certificate in Mission Studies in 1999 and Diploma in Theology in 2003. He Bagged Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Religious Education from Christian Theological Seminary in 2005. He also obtained another Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies with Second Class Upper Division from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, facilitated by Christian Theological Seminary in 2012. The prestigious Honoourary Doctorate Degree of Divinity was conferred on him by CTS in 2014. As an ordained Pastor, he has over 20 years experience as a Church Administrator. He is the Founder and the President/CEO of the Institute of Church Administration and Management (ICAM). He is happily married with children
